BIRMINGHAM, AL- A recent study by Forbes magazine shows that Millennials in the workforce will grow to 46% by 2020. That’s good news to a new generation of workers who sometimes feel that the transition from college to their careers is a hurdle that they can’t overcome. Birmingham City Council President Pro-tem Jay Roberson hopes to make that transition a little smoother so he’s inviting college students to join him in a twitter chat TODAY to discuss what’s needed to create more opportunities for young professionals.
