BIRMINGHAM, AL- Birmingham City Councilor Sheila Tyson believes in the health and well-being of all constituents especially her beloved senior citizens. On Friday, June 19, 2015, she will join with top area health care resource facilities, financial and insurance institutions and community agencies to host the First Annual District 6 Health Fair for Seniors at Princeton Towers.
Blood pressure checks, blood drives and numerous health screenings are just a few of the activities that will kick-off a great weekend in the West End Community. Alagasco will fire up the cooking range to demonstrate healthy cooking classes for those who want to enhance their healthy eating lifestyle. Legal Services of Alabama will also be on hand to guide and advise constituents on the process of last wills and testaments.
