Birmingham City Councilors Ask Hard-Hitting Questions Concerning the Proposed TRANE Contract

Early last month Councilors asked hard hitting questions during the Committee of the Whole meeting regarding the limited number of minority-owned businesses unrepresented in the nearly 62 Million dollar energy saving contract proposal between the City and TRANE.
