Birmingham City Councilors Ask Hard-Hitting Questions Concerning the Proposed TRANE Contract
As the Birmingham City Council continues to seek new and innovative ways to ensure that resources in the City of Birmingham are being utilizing efficiently, City Councilors are also striving to guarantee that minority-owned businesses located in Birmingham are reaping those benefits as well.
