Komen was an excellent opportunity to do just that and we look forward to having a great time.”
Council President Johnathan F. Austin said the time is always right to champion for noteworthy causes. “To have a local minority-owned business host such a noble event during this memorable weekend is an awesome opportunity to promote awareness in the fight against breast cancer,” said Council President Austin. “I am certain visitors to the Magic City this weekend will learn not only about our rich history but also enjoy events such as this one that directly benefits our citizens and addresses disparities within our communities.”
