BIRMINGHAM, AL— Councilor Sheila Tyson is inviting all citizens to celebrate the New Hope Community Development Center Grand Opening in the heart of the West End Community. Attendees will have a chance to tour the new facility and take home some fall and winter essentials with FREE socks, hats and scarfs give-a-way.
