BIRMINGHAM, AL —Councilor William Parker wants to ensure that the citizens in the North Birmingham community have an opportunity for their voices to be heard. On Thursday, November 15, 2018 he will take that opportunity a step further by picking up citizens needing transportation to two public hearings (at 10am and at 7pm) on the draft renewal Title V air pollution permit for ABC Coke held at the Jefferson County Department of Health (JCDH), located at 1400 6thAve South.
