COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
Committee Information
The Committee of the Whole is comprised of the entire membership of the Council, convened by the President of the Council to discuss items of general interest. At the conclusion of its deliberations the committee of the whole reports its recommendations. The President or President Pro Tempore presides over the meeting.
